The members of Springs Ensemble Theatre act collectively to create and execute the company’s artistic vision. Members propose and discuss plays through the Artistic Recommendation Committee, then vote to determine the season and work together to bring those stories to the stage.

Matt Radcliffe serves as president of Springs Ensemble Theatre and Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Pikes Peak State College. A decorated Army veteran, Eagle Scout, and award-winning designer, he has worked on more than 60 productions as a director, producer, actor, and designer for theatres across Colorado Springs.
