SET’s Board of Directors is a working board. In addition to providing vision and strategic leadership, board members handle the practical, day-to-day responsibilities of running the company and ensure that each production has the people, funding, facilities, and support it needs.

Matt Radcliffe serves as president of Springs Ensemble Theatre and Executive Director of Marketing and Communications at Pikes Peak State College. A decorated Army veteran, Eagle Scout, and award-winning designer, he has worked on more than 60 productions as a director, producer, actor, and designer for theatres across Colorado Springs.
